Dont know where to start. the property itself is an oasis….in the middle of chaos. you can experience varanasi and it’s craziness and come to the palace to immediately have a zen state. The staff is beyond words that can describe. Ganesh has passion in running the place and it shows. But then it shows in the door man who ran to be at the ghat to ask if I want a seat for the aart, mind you that is after I checked out. He just cared. the chef, butler, front desk (he actually used his app to call me an Ola and gave me his mobile nbr in case i needed something) everybody were par excellence. if you think you know what it is be royal think again and experience it here. they will welcome you with a conch, garland and some excellent drinks and snacks. the farewell was even better. a gift, and all of the lined up with folder handed hands biding you farewell. I have not experienced that at home. if you are here in varanasi, do experience it. you can say it is pricey, but when you have dinner in their pool side table and the live music plays next to you, you will know it is worth it.

Excellent welcome. Staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Hotel was excellent. The premises could use a little refreshing (rose garden, golf area).

there was so much peace once we were in the property, quiet, in nature and relaxing. the rooms were great and service excellent. really felt like living in a palace. very courteous and great staff

Incredible staff who were warm , courteous and helpful. Clean rooms and the location was very ideal. Beautiful property . Highly recommend this for stay in Varanasi.

Breakfast was served with our requirements and in fact special care was taken to make mine as I am a Vegan. We had endless cups of tea with an amazing dinner the previous evening. We celebrated our anniversary at the poolside with rose petals and cake arranged by Anant Gaddala who was the most gracious host and man on the property. He also organized a pooja ceremony atbthe nadeswar devi temple where renewed our vows. Our suite was a dream come true with a four poster bed and ballons and fruit for our calling. Thank you. The best was the copper bowls to soak our tired feet after we arrived from the ganga arti. Staff Vinu helped along wth madhumita in the front staff.
